This deluxe absolute beachfront villa has breath taking views which expand across Moreton Bay, where you can see the silhouettes of the Glass House Mountains and Brisbane city. The villa is a self-contained, two-storey, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with room to sleep 6 people.
The Villa has new air-conditioning throughout and new furniture including a king size bed in the master bedroom, large Smart TV and free high-speed WIFI access included.
The Villa is perfect for a family holiday with lots of room for the kids to run around and a beautiful calm beach to swim or play. Walk out of your Villa and straight down onto the beach or sit back on your balcony and enjoy the amazing views over Moreton Bay.
While staying at Villa 47 our guests have full use of the resort facilities and activities (excluding Dolphin Feeding – this activity cannot be booked when staying in a privately owned property but you are free to watch from the jetty seating area).
Downstairs
The Villa is slightly raised from beach walk with a private staircase leading to the deck with panoramic views of Moreton Bay.
The lounge area has brand new furniture including 3 seat and 2 seat sofas and a large wall mounted Smart TV that has internet connectivity for streaming services.
The dining area has a brand new 6 seat dining table and chairs, plus a children's high-chair.
At the rear of the villa is a full kitchen with a gas stove top, microwave, brand new large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.
There is also a second bathroom at the rear with a shower, basin and toilet.
Upstairs
The master bedroom has a new king size bed with new linen and new air-conditioning plus a ceiling fan. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony with seating to further enjoy the ocean views and sunsets across Moreton Bay.
The second bedroom at the rear has 2 single beds with new linen, new air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The third bedroom is more of a sleep out located between the 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed suitable for kids or small adults.
The main bathroom is located upstairs with shower, basin and toilet. Towels are provided.
